Happy Feast day to my dear sister Elizabeth. St. Elizabeth of Hungary and my sister have something in common, their service to the poor.I also found out today that St. Elizabeth was a contemporary of St. Francis and wanted to give up all of her possessions and follow St. Francis, but her spiritual director forbade her.
